HMRC have added a new service to their website to further assist customers with their queries regarding the time frame for services.
They have created a Service Dashboard which gives accurate information on all HMRC’s service performance and shows whether the service is operating within the agreed timeframe.
The dashboard is a fast and helpful way of finding out how long you could be waiting for a response or a service to be completed and will give you a breakdown of each service to easily navigate which service you are trying to enquire about.
Within each service, there will be information on any areas which are currently experiencing delays and these will be updated on a weekly basis by HMRC.
Users will also have the opportunity to give feedback on this through the links provided on the site. User will also be able to view HMRC’s quarterly performance updates and monthly performance reviews.
