In 4 days time Paul will be taking part in a timed bicycle challenge known as the Raid Pyrénéen. The 720km route will see Paul cycling the length of the Pyrenees from the Atlantic coastal town of Hendaye to the Mediterranean coastal town of Cerbere, via 18 mandatory Cols.
Paul will be cycling for the charity Eight Bells that support people affected by mental health issues. Any donations will be grateful received:
