In September Paul will be cycling across the Pyrenees from the Atlantic Coast to the Mediterranean Sea. This unique and gruelling cycling event is known as ‘The Raid’ and Paul will take on a journey which includes over eleven of the most famous Cols in the Pyrenees, which he hopes to complete in less than 100 hours!
