Increases to National Minimum and National Living Wage

On 1 April 2018 the Government is increasing the National Minimum and National Living Wage rates.

These changes include the largest increases in a decade for the rates that apply to 18-20 and 21-24 year olds.

  • Age 25 and over – £7.83
  • Age 21 to 24 – £7.38
  • Age 18 to 20 – £5.90
  • Under 18 – £4.20
  • Apprentice Rate – £3.70
